Terms of Service
Last Updated: December 26, 2024
By accessing or using AuxChord (“Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.
AuxChord is a web-based platform that allows music streamers to create sessions and receive music submissions (e.g., WAV, MP3, M4A) for review. Upon signup, streamers provide an email and username; an OTP (one-time password) is then sent to their email to log in. A cookie is stored to keep the user verified.
You agree not to:
AuxChord is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuxChord and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold AuxChord, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to these Terms shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Ohio, and you consent to such venue and jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our Website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
